Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. By purchasing goods from Thatcham Glass and arranging for them to be delivered,  you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Any delivery carried out by Thatcham Glass will be deemed complete, when the goods have been unloaded and signed for by the customer or their representative at the nominated delivery address.
  3. In the event of the customer not being present at the nominated delivery address to receive the delivery then Thatcham Glass will contact the customer to re-arrange delivery. An additional fee may apply. Orders that qualify for free delivery, where the customer is not present to receive the goods, will be charged for re-delivering the goods.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods delivered are checked on delivery and confirm they have been received in good condition.
  5. If the customer or their representative request that the goods are left and unchecked at the time of delivery, then Thatcham Glass will not accept any subsequent claims made in relation to that delivery.
  6. Any times quoted for delivery are to be treated as estimates only, no specific time slots will be quoted or offered. Thatcham Glass accepts no liability in respect of any loss that may be suffered by the customer as a result of a failure to deliver within a given time period.
